Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out the rules for using COSHHmate (coshhmate.co.uk), operated by Crocker Digital Ltd (Company No. 17008789). By using COSHHmate, you agree to follow these rules.

Do

• Use COSHHmate for its intended purpose: creating and managing COSHH assessments and chemical registers
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Provide accurate information when creating your account

Do not

• Break the law: Do not use COSHHmate for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
• Abuse the platform: Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure
• Scrape or automate: Do not use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or extract data from COSHHmate without our written permission
• Share credentials: Do not share your login details with others or allow multiple people to use a single account (unless your plan explicitly supports multiple users)
• Circumvent security: Do not attempt to bypass authentication, access other users' data, or probe for vulnerabilities (if you find a security issue, please report it responsibly; see our Security Policy)
• Misrepresent yourself: Do not impersonate another person or organisation

Enforcement

If we believe you have violated this policy, we may:

• Issue a warning
• Temporarily suspend your account
• Permanently terminate your account

Where possible, we will contact you before taking action and give you an opportunity to address the issue. We reserve the right to act immediately in serious cases (for example, if there is a security threat).
